F. AIR JET ASSEMBLY
1. Air Jet Assembly Description
The air jet assembly is located in the left front base of the dryer. The air jet is designed to operate at the end
of each cycle for 30-seconds, to remove lint which may have accumulated on the blower (squirrel cage fan)
fan blades. This function will be interrupted if the main door or lint drawer is opened before the air jet cycle
is complete.
2. Air Jet Component Replacement
a. 3-Way Pressure Valve Replacement - 24 VAC
1) Disconnect compressed air supply from the dryer.
2) Discontinue electrical power to the dryer.
3) Remove the 1/4” x 1/8” M.P.T. connection from the 3-way pressure valve body.
4) Remove the two (2) #10-16 x 1/2” hex head TEK crimptite screws.
