Adding Class of Service (COS) information
COS is assigned to users, domains, and routing lists. It is an integer value, and the
lower the number, the greater, or higher, the COS value. For example, if a user has
a COS value of 1, and a domain has a COS of 2, 3, and 4, the user with a COS of
1 can use all the domains to make a call. The lower the number, the higher access
to making calls.
To create a COS to associate with a domain, user, or route list
1 Click the Domains menu option.
2 Under the domain for which you wish to add COS information, click the
Telephony Routes > Routing COS menu option. The Class of Service
information window for the domain appears (Figure 75).
